FI is the leading global meeting place for food and beverage innovation. At the fair, visitors come into contact with the latest and most innovative ingredients. At ECOM COCOA’s booth, ingredients are the focus. For this purpose, expospaces has developed special cocoa displays. There are showcases with cocoa in the booth for each application, for example for cookies, for ice cream or desserts. Visitors can actually see and judge the ingredients here. Furthermore, the stand concept takes into account the fact that conversations must be held at the stand.
