Unique approach

Four crucial steps: briefing, concept, production and disassembly evaluation

We work with a unique approach that consists of four crucial steps: briefing, concept, production and disassembly evaluation.
In the briefing phase, we work closely with our clients to get their needs and goals clear, so that we have a clear picture of the desired look, objective and functionality of the stand.
During the concept phase, we translate these insights into a sustainable, creative and innovative design, taking into account client branding and visitor impact, among other things.
We then go to work in the production phase to bring the design to life, using high-quality, durable materials and precision to ensure the stand is both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
Finally, in the dismantling evaluation phase, we carry out the dismantling of the stand and ensure its smooth running.

Thanks to this structured and integrated approach, we can guarantee an end result that not only exceeds expectations, but also leaves a lasting impact on visitors. With enough leads for a successful follow-up!

1. Briefing and inventory
  • Briefing: a detailed briefing from the client on their requirements, strategy, goals, propositions, audiences, budget and schedule.
  • Inventory: analysis of available booth space, exhibition hall, exhibition floor plan, exhibition guidelines and methods of exhibition organization.
  • 2A. Concept development
  • Brainstorming: creating multiple concept ideas based on the briefing.
  • Preliminary design: 3D stand design of the preliminary booth concept, possibly several variants.
  • Feedback: presentation of the design to the client and collection of feedback.
  • 2B. Detailed design and planning
  • Detailed design: elaboration of the final design, including all specifications and materials.
  • Technical drawings: engineering drawings and plans for construction.
  • Planning: detailed project planning, including all important deadlines.
  • 3A. Preparation and production
  • Materials and parts: ordering all materials and parts
  • Prefab construction: building stand components in the workshop to save time during (often short) on-site assembly.
  • Transport: organizing transport to the exhibition location.
  • 3B. On-site construction
  • Site preparation: preparing the exhibition location, ready for installation (electricity, raised floor, water connection).
  • Assembly: build the stand on site according to the design and planning.
  • Technical installation: installation of lighting, audiovisual equipment and other technical components.
  • Styling and finishing: adding decorative elements and neat finishing.
  • 3C. Delivery
  • Check and coordinate: perform a final check and ensure that everything works as agreed.
  • Handover: handing over the stand to the customer, including a tour to explain the operation and details.
  • Event support: support during the exhibition for any problems or adjustments.
  • 4A. Disassembly and evaluation
  • Dismantling: dismantling the stand after the exihibition.
  • Return transport: return transport of all materials.
  • Storage or recycling: storage of stand materials for future use or recycling.
  • Evaluation: Discuss with the client what went well and what could be improved for future exihibitions.
  • 4B. Aftercare
  • Follow-up: We keep in touch about future collaborations and maintain contact for evaluations and feedback if necessary.
  • Realize your sustainable stand with Expospaces

We build stands from natural materials. We think carefully about the footprint, reuse and recycling in all parts of the stand. In addition to material selection, we also pay attention, for example, to the reuse of visuals, eco-friendly transportation, smart packaging and the use of energy-efficient electronics.
